I had purchase from Paytm Dynamo Wireless HD Camcoder DVR - Order id 1931496779. but when I open courier packing, I was shock camera box is looking very old also memory card was missing. I do complain to Paytm customer care for return pickup, they told me no reverse pick up facility from your location on that time I am very upsate then I send that camera by DTDC . I show that camera delivered after 7 days. but still no refund from Paytm 15 days follow up I got my refund Rs 1370. it's too late. I also do follow up for courier charges it will take 4 days to credit. I suffer too much from Paytm customer support. so think twice before purchase also insure for reverse pickup facility for your location.
