Hey, friends. I've been using paytm for a long time.
I paid for the order for Jio Summer Offer i.e. a sum of
INR. 402 ( Rs. 99 for Prime Membership and Rs. 303 for RCH) though this offer is terminated now.
Its payment handler is BILLDESK and the transaction for this payment failed. The amount also deducted from my paytm account without having any memberdhip to Summer Offer. Later I fired a ticket for the former situation.
You wont believe, that my money was backed to me within 2 days. Hats off to paytm services and is grievance services.
