It Sucks when someone promises and then forget about it.
I requested for a kyc for my number 7017942686 to open a saving account and I received a message that your kyc appointment is sheduled for 24 november and our person will visit you, but noone visited for kyc.
Then I again contacteed customer support and raised the issue with reference number 44379276 but still no response at last I tried to call them again after 3 more days with conversation number 44534237.
I am still waiting for their reply or contact by their side. Such a slow service.
