These kind of website became popular only because of the cash back offers which now became very less for recharges for mobile, DTH etc. They claim fast refunds for failed transations too. Recently made a wallet addition through net banking which got failed. I contacted paytm support and the reply was that it may take upto 7 days to getthemoney refunde and for further enwuiry I have to contact the bank . If I have tocontact the bank for this, I wonder what was the purpose of paytm in between as I could have directly done the transaction without using an intermediate like paytm.
