Hello all.I would like to share my experience with paytm that I had recently.
I purchased a cotton lower for rs 189 and was very satisfied with the deal I got.
A cotton lower for just rs 189? .
Come on yr no one gives this deal.
Exactly no one gives.
They sent one nylon lower of worst quality that can be possible.
Firstly they took soo much of time in delivering it almost took a week after the expected delivery date to deliver my product and after the product got delivered I saw and was very dissatisfied with the quality of the product.
I requested for refund and didn't got my refund till now.
Its almost 9 months over and my refund haven't been processed.
One thing that I hate most about paytm is that you cannot contact customer care.
You have to chat with customer care and sometimes they didn't reply to your messages.
Talking about reliability its ok for payment but not for product purchasing.
Guys think twice before buying anything from Paytm
