I started off using Paytm a few months back. Initially was using it only for mobile recharges. In course of time I ordered few stuff! At first I ordered a shade and I received it (not on time), and the size was not OK! So had to give it to my brother.
Now again I ordered a shades and got that in hand. But this time the lens was having some defect. I tried to cancel the order. It is showing cancelled but no one explains how to send it back or anything regarding this matter. So I thought to forget about it and use the shades as it was still usable.
Now for the third time I ordered shoes costing around Rs.1300. First they cancelled the order after so many days. No explanation given. I made the mistake of ordering again. This time I even got a mail confirmation that the order had been shipped.
But when I tried to see the shipping details; it said that the air way bill was missing. Literally I was dumped! I dunno whether they had shipped or not! And regarding cash back they had offered me cash back 2 times. For the second shades order and for the shoe! that also gone with the wind. So GUYS PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM! Or else you will face similar experience. And if I don't get these things corrected I will take this to the court! Such Frauds must be brought into public!
