I tried recharge from phone app, I entered wrong denomination, shouldn't they recognise it ?
Ok then corrected and charged again, this is denomination was right. But I didn't get recharged.
No way to call them ?? Only mail , that is disgusting.
I mailed them, no reply for days. After 3-4 mails , they reply and put cash in paytm cash, who asked them to do that. After that, even though a button appeared to return to account, which didn't work.(who wrote the code would have put an empty function in button) I was afraid to do another recharge with that money, since that would have also failed. After some days , the button was working(looks like old developer left and new guy had put some function there) but money wasn't debited to bank after 30 days also(new guy don't know what to do). So here I am losing 700 rupees.
Worst customer support, why do you guys start such sites when you can't have proper and basic infrastructure right. The One97 guy is still playing jugaad I guess. Wake up get some proper website else stop doing. We need some regulation on this.
