I had ordered a skullcandy headset, back in April 2015. I used it for like 1 month and 1 side of the headset stopped working.
When I contacted them, they said they cannot help and I have to take it to the service center in Mumbai. When I call them, they give me another number and say send it to Noida.
Is this the support you provide? Shoudnt you have a back delivery mechanism? Sukullcandy service centre is again worst. They guy spoke lethargically with me and said, if we receive your product, we will dispatch it from here.
