I am a consumer of this website from September 2013. This product is really good with great and easy to use interface for recharging for various service providers. But from past few days I am getting too many failures when I try to recharge my BSNL number.


I do not rule out the fact that there could be be technical glitches and it is quite possible with a website with good traffic. Being a software engineer and have been associated with many payment gateway system I understand the complexity involved behind card payment processing.


As per payment descriptor reflected on my account statement this particular website uses SBI payment gateway. However coming to the point when I recharged one of my alternate prepaid number today the amount got deducted from my bank account and I received an automated email saying that the recharge was successful but the amount had  not been credited to my prepaid number.


When I logged in to the online portal it showed me that  recharge was successful and very next moment the page refreshed and it is showing me a message that it getting transferred  to the bank. To my surprise when I logged in and checked my account there was many debit for unsuccessful recharge for which the amount was not credited to my account for recharges I had done in December.


When I informed one of my friend who is a corporate lawyer for a suggestion he asked me to write a complain saying that if the same amount is not credited to my account we would complain to VISA . THEY FLASH MESSAGED BACK ON MY CELL PHONE saying ___PROCEED___ . I was shocked seeing that. I have not received any reply of my complain from them till now apart from ___PROCEED___.


I hope this was not done deliberately by them, but if its done there is a serious need of free online consumer forums to take these kind of abuses to people so that they do not fall prey to them and lose their money and respect.
