I have contributed to Uttarakhand relief fund through paytm in june 2013. While making the payment it was clearly mentioned that I will get the tax exemption certificate by 30th June, 2013. But several times I have sent mail to customer care, at last on 1st August, 2013 I got a reply that "We are not sending you the certificate". Again I have asked the reason and explanation that "why are you not sending the certificate", got no reply till now.


So requesting you to please assist me on this regard. What should I do ? And what is the procedure to put a complain in consumer court ?
