I made payment for my Reliance postpaid connection through my Citibank credit card using PayTM mobile app. Even after struggling for 2 weeks **the payment never reached Reliance and the money has been debited to my Citibank credit card account.*
They do not provide any customer care contact no. and not even reply back to their e mails. I am suffering badly because my outgoing has been disconnected by Reliance:(
PLEASE DO NOT USE PAYTM FOR ANY TYPE OF PAYMENTS / RECHARGES
