I have been recharging from paytm for quite a few months & it was totally rare that the recharges failed.


Bad experiences -

  1. I recharged an amount of Rs. 198 but the recharge showed processing for quite sometime. So, I mailed them, & they didn't reply. Though the recharge was successful after approx. 1 hr. 45 mins. of processing. And as the recharge was successful I didn't care anymore whether they reply or not

  2. On 22.06.2013 I am having problem recharging my number as the error says "Operator network disabled."
