I had ordered 1 Jaipan Juicer with ORDER NO. 756304306 and the delivered item is damaged, dusty and looks very old. I didn’t know that Paytm had no pre-dispatch quality checks in place, learn from Amazon, Firstcry & Flipkart.
Looks like Paytm is dumping damaged items to their customers. Paytm’s “Assurance”, “Trust”, and “Promise” are all a big hoax, really disappointed with Paytm’s lethargic approach and complete lack of customer focus. I will never buy from Paytm again and close my account as soon as they process my refund.
