Airline had already issued a credit note for flight cancellation with full refund amount. Paytm processed the refund even without my confirmation and cheated by charging non-refundable handling fees in refund amount.
Guys, please stop using Paytm for travel or other bookings. Highly unsatisfied with their service. No customer executive is ready to accept their fault. Airlines had already given full amount as refund in the credit note. Paytm converted that credit note into refund and deducted 299 rupees from that amount as Handling fees without any intimation.
