I have recharged my bsnl cell number with rs 270. 2 month ago. That was a special recharge(net pack). And it was successful. Then a month ago i repeat the recharge as there is an option in order menu "repeat recharge" then i pay the money. And then i shocked to see that the amount was sent as a top up. Not as special recharge. I submit a ticket that i need refund my money as the amount 270 get waste for me. . Then they replied with an unsatisfactory answer. That it was up to bsnl about the recharge will be special or top up. What the hell. There is an option to select weather i proceed with special recharge or top up and i select special recharge . Then i replied on the ticket by explaining that it was technical fault of paytm repeat process that sent the order as top up. And then they stop replying me. I again submit another ticket. But day after day no reply. And today after 23 day, I posted in paytm fb page. And tomorrow I'm going to complain in the consumer forum. And next. All the blog. As it was not about rs 270. Itz about trust.
