Paytm UPI reference ID 342402595859 on 27 Feb2023.
On 27/2/23 I made an attempt to pay Rs124 through paym to an autodriver. As, it is not materialised and showing as" processing" for longer period, I have paid him through Google pay.Status of payment showing upto 1/3/23 as "pending".
Spoke to c care 27/3/23 and requested to hold the money and their answer was only to contact my bank and receiver bank.Further follow up to c care, I was asked to submit the bank statement of receiver. I had informed to c care that it is impractical for me to get others bank statement and paym have the access of all paytm customer transaction details.
Pl note that as paytm status indicate amount is reached to receiver after 2 days.
Also please note, it is the amount paid from paytm UPI lite wallet and not from my bank.
In view of the above pl direct paytm to return money Rs124 immediately to my account.
