Do not waste your money on this Patrawala Cooking Classes. It's just not worth just a money making racket.
The recipes are all wrong with a thousand corrections, unstructured and badly formatted, rotten English, which will spoil your dish and your mood. A lot of times, I’ve missed adding important ingredients coz of these reasons. If you miss a few corrections, your dish is gone for a toss. Shaheen Patrawala runs the class now. She is an absolutely arrogant immature woman and will insult people who say anything against her liking. She is so lazy, that she can't even make the corrections in the computer and then give a clean copy to people enrolling for the class. When I questioned about this, she shamelessly said they are my recipes and she can do as she likes. She has no courtesy and respect to talk to people. They are not even her own recipes. She has inherited from her mother-in-law, who was used to charge a nominal fee. And his woman is now looting ppl.
After making the countless corrections, you won't even feel like following the recipe as the page will look so untidy. Sometimes she forgets to give some corrections and then blames the students that they didn't note it. For the same recipe the corrections keep changing. There is no consistency. She won't accept her fault. She charges a bomb like Rs 1, 200 for a 2 to 3 hrs course with around 4 to 5 dishes, just not worth. She will just rush through like a Rajdhani Express without even explaining the main points. Better follow YOUTUBE or other free recipe sITES_Company or buy a cook book.
Her Baking cake course is PATHETIC! My cakes got burnt due to her wrong temperatures, my choco lava became hard cup cakes as the bake time was wrong in the recipe.
