We also can use it like medicine for teeth if we feels pain in our teeth we can take it upon the teeth from when I started to use it didn't face any lind of problem with teeth except now I don't have to do tooth brush many times in a day now I do it once in a day I am very much satisfied with this toothpaste I will suggest this paste to every one.
