I am using this product but in my opine this as ordinary. I am using lot of other products from Patanjali. The product is having more sugar content and you will taste only sugar than bel. Flavor of the product is not so good and the quality of the product is ok. Packing is good and the price is very reasonable. The quantity of the product is very good as it is 1 kg. I tried with chapathi but to my surprise, for every 10 grams of bel muraba, it contains 4.5 grams of sugar, which is too high. I don't recommend this product.
Actually we have around 5 to 6 ltrs of blood in our body and the average of sugar intake should be around 1 to 1.5 grams of sugar per ltr of sugar. But here if I eat 20 grams of bel murabba then I am eating around 9 grams of sugar which is extremely high. To digest or convert this sugar into frutous I should walk minimum 2 hours daily. On this ground alone I am of the opinion this product is not recommendable.
I always request all customers to check the sugar content in any produt you use, which is mandatory.
