PARAMOUNT HOTEL : This hotel is known for its non - vegetarian food it is one of they oldest hotels in chennai. It is known for halal chicken dishes.
-> food and presentation : They food served here before renovation was good but now they restaurant has declined to such a state that its on they verge to shutdown . Due to high costs of city I believe they are increasing rate of food and compromising on they quality . Food presentation is very bad they dont know how to present food at all .
-> Ambience: They ambience is become good after that they renovation work has took place a year back and now it has even ac restaurant attached to it so people can enjoy their food in A.C restaurant too .
-> Customer service: This is where they lag behind in customer service is so slow once you order they food it takes around 30 min to prepare and if you re order some thing again 30 min so I believe customer satisfaction is compromised due to poor quality of servers ( waiters) .
-> value for money : It is not value for money because they restaurant charges more than it should they same butter chicken is for less rate in some nearby hotel like buhari vintage hotel and all is much tastier than this hotel so my humble request dont waste money on this restaurant .
