I had a video problem in my t.v.i complaint to Panasonic for repair.the service person came from nearest showroom.ithought they will provide a repair man from service center but I was wrong.the person told me to change the backlight and if problem in panel that also we will change for that they estimated to service charge of rs4000. I allowed them to take it for repairing. They took it on Saturday and returned it on Tuesday. They returned the TV without any repair that I have committed . So this company is a money stealing and very bad service.
