AC- a bad experience with Panasonic

I purchased an AC (Panasonic- model Sapphire 1.5 ton)  from **Arihant Sales, Tilak Road Pune** on 18-March-2011. First the installation person was a bit arrogant and then the problems started after 2 days. There is a clicking sound when the AC is ON.


The sound is very much irregular and disturbing in night that we are unable to sleep. I made a complaint with the dealer on 22nd.The mechanic didn't come. After 2 days there started water leakage from AC in the room and again we have to keep AC shut down as water drops were falling on our face. I again complained but in vain. With 15 calls and 4 personal visits to the shop at last after 10 days the mechanic came. Now 20 days have passed since my first complaint and even after 3 unsuccessful attempts by the technician the problems are unsolved and also the LED indicators are not working.


Now I am very much irritated with the product and the service people. Being a doctor I don't have time to waste and this dealer and service people are troubling me and delaying a hell lot.


These people are really tarnishing the image of good old PANASONIC which is known for it's best service.
