I have bought a split 1tonn ac.within 5min of operation it stopped working, after complain it was said it is because of fan motor, and I was asked To wait for 15 to 20 days for repair, please beware of Panasonic as they are cheating us 20 days passed still I am in same situation, call centre is worthless no official will contact you buy lg whirlpool Samsung but never Panasonic, I have bought a junk after paying 30k, also never trust Khosla electronics in Kolkata they are cheater doesn't knows how to behave with customers, I don't know where to go feeling cheated from Panasonic and Khosla Electronic
