I had purchased a sandwich toaster from padmini which has proven to be a really worthless product. Initially the indicator bulbs red and green melted down just after 2-3 usages and then the whole cover started melting down.
Now it has become dangerous to operate and I have purchased a new one from Philips. I called up support and some person visited who said that he cannot do anything for cover and bulbs. I called many more number of times.....but no response at all.
I have never seen such a response from any company ever. Can anyone help me in getting my money back from this company as I have no more requirement of this product..
