This was my very first OYO booking, The booking was in Agra.
Hotel, Staff and Support:
Hotel was brand new/renovated, the furnishing work was still ongoing in a few rooms. Clean and spacious. The staff was very supportive.
The beds are king size, clean and soft. Washrooms are also well maintained. Hot water starts at 7:30 AM. The response time by the staff for the issue reported was really good.
Kitchen:
The kitchen was very hygiene. The Dining area was still not ready, the furnishing work was going on. The food was tasty, spicy though and affordable. You can always ask increase or reduce the spiciness, that suits your tastebuds.
Amenities:
None.
Parking:
I see the parking space for 2 - 3 cars in front of the Hotel.
WiFi:
You will be given a username and password during the check-in time. I am not aware, either its time based or volume based. Their system didn't allow me to use the wifi from the next day onwards. Please do check with the OYO captain during the check-in time only.
