My first OYO experience

First time I booked a hotel in Kanpur with pre payment through OYO app. when i reached thr, hotel denied me to check-in due to dispute between hotel and OYO. Hotel manager told me that oyo is not clearing his dues so he'll not allowing me. When i called customer care they provide another hotel but at very congested and cheap place.


obviously i will never use OYO in future but here just want to share my experience with OYO.
