PKG-PESA6104 this is my package I booked my trip pretty advance and after calling them 100 times before booking about all the small doubt which we had instead of which as soon as my package got booked and I paid my advance money they started showing true colours I haven't gone also till now on my trip and before that we have started facing problem with Oyo holidays after confirming everything 100 times at last moment they are saying they got to know there is no SIB facilities from my hotel which they themselves provide and they started giving me some other hotel option which Cheap as compared to original ones when I said won't be taking any of the other hotels then after few days I called then again to check on my hotel or may be any other better option then they suddenly got SIB service from there then before I confirm the SIB timing as I was having doubt that it early in the morning on which she said yes but not too early by 9 or 10 am it will be but when my things got confirmed and I received a brief details about my trip I came to know I have to be ready for the SIB coach at 7:30 am in the morning where the breakfast of the hotel starts At 7 am and when I called them for asking why they have passed wrong information to me they started agreeing with me and me to cancellation my current booking and to re-book the trip which provides private coach by paying additional charges. They just want to remove money from the people by This as they know we can't cancel the trip as we have already paid more than half of the money. Would never recommend this place to another and I myself will never go with this company I dnt know after reaching there what all I have face.... ??
