I feel this review is:
1st November, 2018 I booked hotel Flagship 121 Dashashwamedh Ghat Sahu via OYO through UPI, full paid Rs. 5791/- for 2 classic(2x) rooms from 26.12.18(12pm) to 28.12.18(11am) invoice enclosed(Booking ID RLPN7324).
After reaching the hotel(Flagship 121 Dashashwamedh Ghat Sahu) at 8pm on 26.12.2018, we were informed that no such reservation was made.
I have communicated over phone many times and also emailed for the refund, but I have not received the amount yet.
