  1. 1st November, 2018 I booked hotel Flagship 121 Dashashwamedh Ghat Sahu via OYO through UPI, full paid Rs. 5791/- for 2 classic(2x) rooms from 26.12.18(12pm) to 28.12.18(11am) invoice enclosed(Booking ID RLPN7324).

  2. After reaching the hotel(Flagship 121 Dashashwamedh Ghat Sahu) at 8pm on 26.12.2018, we were informed that no such reservation was made.

  3. I have communicated over phone many times and also emailed for the refund, but I have not received the amount yet.
