The rooms were dirty. The bed sheets had suspicious stains. The location was also v. unsafe. CS and OYO captain was no help. Left the property immediately.lost my money. They promised to refund money, but it has been months but am yet to receive any update on this.

Update 1: These people are just ridiculous, they dont do anything to resolve the problem and simply put message saying the issue is resolved. This is more irritating as the customer is more aggravated and puts in 10 more reviews. They should really introspect.
OYO really stands by its motto of On Your Own.meaning they take your money and you are on your own buddy!
I am wondering how this rat infested place is staying afloat ever since they started giving customer data to government. Now it is unusable by desperate unmarried couples also. Certainly, dont make the mistake of going with family, not a family safe place.
