As I needed urgent rooms in goa as my hotel rooms were ruined so I had to book in urgent for the booking and made a choice for Oyo rooms.
The website provided on internet was good but the service was terrible.
They showed me good pictures as well as good information was provided.
But it was just a matter of talks as I had to adjust because the rooms were already filled even after booking so I canceled my rooms but couldn't due to website issues and cancellation charges than they offered me a way worst room for the same price.
Their service got weirdest once I yelled at them for such poor service.
The landline's dint work I dint get my complementory services.
Everything went worst and my trip was a nightmare.
