I just booked Oyo room with booking ID HTLAQ7BGF4. The booking had no cancellation as condition.
After booking there was another condition mentioned in booking order that check in time was 12PM instead of 12AM as usual and check out time was 11AM.
So in OYO business model if I wanted to stay 3 days from feb 4 to feb 6, I ll be charged to 3 days in bill but I have to check in after half day on feb 4 and check out before half day on feb 6. That makes me lose one day full. For early check in OYO will charge additional money and same for late check after getting money for 3 days.
They show low prices and get booking confirmation with condition of no refund on cancellation and then when we are locked with no option, they charge their customers additional money for early check in and late check out.
This is double whammy for customers in fradulent business model.
