Our trip to Andaman Nicobar through Oyo was not at all satisfactory. We didnt expected oyo to provide such worst services. We will not recommend any other people to take oyo services and will share these photos online as a feedback with what Oyo provided.

  • First we had requested all the three packages(all of three couples) with inter transit cars and ferry to be same. Mr. Akash whose photo I have attach was the concern person who was constant in touch with us during the booking. We had requested for all our inter transit movements in andaman and nicobar to be same. But we didnt receive that. We had 2 hours ferry journey to havelock and one couple received different time and two other couples received different time. Upon investigation we found that it was oyo didnt provided any information of our request to welcome andaman and that's the reason they didnt booked our ferry tickets all together. When we bought this issue to Mr. Akash a day prior to our ferry, he was very rude and said- kuch nahi hota sir, alag alag travel karlo. My question is simple, from past 30 days during booking, we were continuously requesting to have all couples hotel and inter transit movement to be together, then why did OYO didnt provided same ferry information to welcome andaman?

  • During our stay, in havelock island at Joey Grand. I have attached pictures of the property. They provided filter water in used water bottles- image attached. At night, we are accompanied by lizards. How can you have your dinner with lizards right on top of your ceiling? Doesnt it points out that in kitchen also, they have lizards. Hotel reception was quite cool when we brought this issue and he said it's quite common here. How can you have your food which is cooked outside in open? We skipped breakfast and dinner during our all stay in havelock.
