Hi,
First I'd like to inform you that please do not buy anything from OVERCART.
very stupid and careless website, Customer care very lately reply even they reply the same thing.
they will never contact to the customers. I have purchase a Philips headphone from OVERCART and first time they delivered defective item, One side working and another side earlead does not working, after received I have contact to them for the same, and mail them that this is defective item and they asked for images and same has been shared by me.
After that overcart has arrange a pickup and the product get picked on 22/11/2016. I have also shared courier for the same, Now I have to wait for 5-7 days for my amount.
If refurbished means product doesn't work so I will never ever suggest to any on purchase from overcart.

Now I'm waiting for my refund so that I can purchase same thing from another good website.
