Hello. I have brought this product from local stores before 2 years. Everything was good working fine at the beginning but from the last few weeks it has started giving many problems. The fan speed has reduced drastically and also the rotating option of the fans has stopped working.
Cooling and Sound :
The cooling of the fan was very good at the beginning but from the last few montgs it has became very slow. In this summer the fan was not working properly. Also the sound of the fan has increased. This is very irritating for a student like me. You cannot concentrate to your studies because of it sound.
Service and support :
I have tried calling theri customer care service and also mailed them many times regarding my problem but they has failed to solve it. They don't often pickup your call. You have to dial them many time just to talk with their respective.
I am totally not satisfied with this product. I have only worked for few year. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone
VALUE FOR MONEY:
It is definitely not a value for money table fan. Please don't buy this. There are many other brands which are far more better then this.
