The Premier service provider for mumbai then the subscriber also expect a lot from them .The service is ok but call center is not.If aperson pay the bill regularly this guys send a letter saying U haven't paid the bill.Still more to add is that they tell us to come to there office for showing the proof.That mean this guys & gal make mistake and customer have to suffer.This people should at least be 100% in there service .there customer care nos 111 is always busy.
