Hi,
This is Huzefa,and I had been using MTNL DOLPHIN for the past two years.
Since the minimum recharge coupon was 100,I decided to switch over to Hutchsince it has chota recharge facility.
Dolphin was working superb and was giving full satisfaction to me.
It was really foolish of me to switch over.
The network is now very poor and every five minutes I get a miss call alert.
If I enter in a close room,the network is completely lost.In this case Airtel and Dolphin are anytime better than Hutch.
First I had seen people praising Hutch for its good service but now people have stopped praising hutch.
There are no plans included in the lifetime scheme.
The call rates are too high.
The service is also not satisfactory.
i would not recommend this provider to anyone coz I dont feel it is a right choice.
I, myself will switch back to Dolphin or Airtel.
i would rate this product with no stars at all because it does not satisfy my needs.
