I have used Onsitego's services multiple times and have always been impressed with the quality of their work. On my most request, I spoke with the technician who listened to my explanation of the issue and quickly diagnosed the problem. He explained why the issue with my washing machine was much simpler than what I expected and walked me through the process he would be using to fix it. The repairs took some disassembly and reassembly to access the problem, but the technician was able to do all the work quickly and efficiently. I am very satisfied with Onsitego and will continue to use their services in the future.
