Will caution others to use their service. Paid a month ago, the application is still lying in their office. Customer care, employees pay lip service, provide false assurances only to retract later. I consider money lost, a month''''s time wasted chasing them to process my application. Ironically, they are worse than government departments that are lamented for not providing information or doing their assigned work. 30 days, no information, no accountability, no appellate. Deserves 0 * rating.
