We bought this machine in March 2014. This machine has always troubled us.


First of all let me tell you, I am actually cursing myself for selecting the product and writing this review  in utter most frustration I had registered a complaint of the machine that shows an error during washing of clothes. and I didn't not receive any support till time and so I had to write an email to the Onida support. And asked the ETA for the support?


After two days, an executive(rather a so-called Engineer) came and he wasn't able to diagose the Machine error No. e5. I helped him to diagnose the error using the Internet(according to Error Number). Then, he simply opened the back of Machine and again started the Machine. And, By Chance, the machine Started working fine. I was surprised that How could  he repair it so early. He went away. And, then again next day, the same problem(Error E5) occured.


I called up again and was unanswered. Again wrote an email, and this time another executve came and he was trying to fool me by saying that I have damaged the Door of this top loading machine and need to buy a new door worth 3000/- . I was surprised to hear this as It was not even  the completion of warranty period. I wanted them to  Please replace the  product or give the money back as the product is showing.error. But they didn't do that and ultimately I had to reach a local vendor for its repair.
