Oneplus has very bad aftersale service than all its chinese rival smartphones company. Here I am sharing my expirience with oneplus customer service.
I have one plus one and its screen got broken from me and the I go to the service center for screen replacement but they were charging 10, 000 rupees for the screen replacement which is almost half price of the smartphone.
Its rival chinese companies aftersale service is far better than oneplus.
If anyone is going to buy oneplus smartphone than the aftersale service would be a problem for him.
