I am very much disappointed about the quality of oneplus6, I had purchased a one+6 in 2018 by following good feedback about the product but what I Understood after my phone started hanging & getting auto SW-off is the one plus doesn't have the proper manufacturing products or it has a poor in quality. The reasons for this statement is when I reached the service center to know the fault of my phone they registered the complainant and said they call and inform about the fault later to that in 30 mins received a call saying motherboard has an issue due to heavy usage which needs replacement which you have to pay cost 18k. I really wonder by listing heavy usage.If that using FB, Whatsapp, Calls, SMS & games like(Candy crush) itself is heavy usage then One plus doesn't deserve to be in the market with this high margin price. so whoever purchases the one plus should fix in their mind that phone motherboard can crash or battery can go dry any time and whatever 30/40 k you spend is for dustbin after the warranty/2 years. So it's as simple as if you buy one plus it's only for one-time use not for longer usage.The funniest part is the service centers they simply say mother bord crash du to usage you change it by paying XXXXX.
@ oneplus. Please don't advertise one plus as a high-end phone it doesn't deserve.
