One Assist is known for mobile insurance company.lots of people give negative feedback about this company and specialy for their service.well feedback is everything and from its feedback its shows its unability.first time I also think to insure my mobile in this company but when I realised about their customer support I just cancelled my plan.schemes and premiums are good but their claim settlement is worst.customer service is the main factor of all insurance companies.if they failed to do so no one like them.
