Hello guys . . . . Never ever take the services from OM Packers and Movers. I have very much bad experience with them guyss pls dont choose them always go for some trusted mover and packers. They are one of the fake movers and packers . They are totally unprofessional people. I am regretting to choose these kind of service they are totally unprofessional they show lower Quotation and charge extra money in the form of taxes and octrai charges in the last when they deliver your goods.
Basically they don't have their own truck to move the parcels. They use the Professional packer and movers service. They will promise you to give you the tracking number(i.e. doken no) for online status check but they will not. They will give you the call center number of professional packer and movers and tell you to call them.
The call center girl Anita 0120-4330216, Mob - 98214359, 9023239393 will also keep you promising today and tomorrow. Actually they don't know when your goods will arrive to the destination. If you call them again and again they will tell you sir your goods is on the way and will be delivered to you by tomorrow. When you call them tomorrow they will tell you the same thing again. Firstly you will be angry but after 20 to 30 calls you will be polite to get your goods anyway because you have paid and given both charges and goods. So, I personally suggest you people to directly contact the Professional packer and movers instead of Om logistics and packer and movers. They are cheaters. Specially in Noida. At least you will get the tracking number and original bill. They are liars and cheaters and they don't have business antiquates aswell and they are very unprofessional specially the Anita sitting at the reception.
