All small packer and movers use the service of Professional packers and movers.
If you are planning to move your goods through Om logistics packers and movers. Don't go for this mover. There is a guy name Manish his mobile no is - 971812xxxx who works near Hanuman temple New Ashok nagar branch will cheat you all the way. Once he will take the money from you, he will never pick your phone calls.
He will commit you to ship your goods or vehicle within 4-8 days. And after 8 days if you will try to contact him he will never pick your phone call. Then obviously you will take the number either from website or bill, they will tell you for callback but never call back you.
If you call them again and again they will tell you sir your vehicle and goods is on the way and will be delivered to you by tomorrow. When you call them tomorrow they will tell you the same thing again. Firstly you will be angry but after 20 to 30 calls you will be polite to get your goods and vehicle anyway because you have paid and given both charges and goods.
Basically they don't have their own truck to move the parcels. They use the Professional packer and movers service. They will promise you to give you the tracking number(i.e. doken no) for online status check but they will not. They will give you the call center number of professional packer and movers and tell you to call them.
The call center guy will also keep you promising today and tomorrow. Actually, they don't know when your goods and vehicle will arrive to the destination.
Suggestion - Take the destination office address from web chat support of professional packer and movers and call them directly. They will tell you the actual thing.
In my case destination office guy told me the goods are arrived and will be delivered today EOD but call center guy was still telling it is on the way and will arrive tomorrow.
So, I suggest you people to directly contact the Professional packer and movers instead of Om logistics and Writers packer and movers. They both are cheaters. Specially in Noida. At least you will get the tracking number and original bill.
Most important thing, don't give them bike key just unlock your handle otherwise they will use your bike or vehicle till the time they ship that. Usually, they promise to ship the goods on the same day but they don't.
My new bike had 10 dents. Even the tire was punctured. I don't know what they did, the bike engine was sounding. Hopefully this blog will help you guys in choosing the good packers and movers.
