I was working as a recruiter for few months and hence, Olx is one of the best platform to search for candidates. However, there are many loopholes that come with OLX for now. The first one is there are hundreds and literally lacs of ads that are fake. These are for work at home and online job which require candidates to pay first and believe me, I was trapped in one such job where I paid first and got nothing in return. Now whenever I try to upload an ad, it says that the ad was removed due to several issues. List of errors are given which is standardized which means the error in your ad could be from any of the one listed on the errors list. It is causing me a lot of trouble. OLX really dies when I access it from my mobile as it doesnt loads many of the time.
