I have worst experience of taking a ola cabs. I will tell u my experience I hv to travel a distance of 10 km I booked an ola cabs when I booked the cabs it shows 5 mint firstly I have to wait for the cab minimum 20-25 minutes if we want to go at anyplace on time or early I suggests you to not to book the ola cabs. As we put our drop location on the app then again when we call they again ask for the same question which makes the customer irritate and if the driver not like our location then he said to book an another one or someone makes the accuses that there is a jam there is something blah and blah so that the customer themeselves cancel the booking sometimes the ola app show something different amount and when we reached our drop location we find that the amount varies so much which makes the customer again in trouble and wasted their valuable in arguing with ola driver.
As I suggested you to not to take ola cabs if u are in urgency take an auto which is best
if ola want to success or want to make an relation with the people please work on the timing and services well.
