Shuttles are dirty, smelly and not at all maintained, seat space is less and not comfortable as well.
Mostly shuttles show up on time but on more than a couple of occasions they did not show up and left me stranded. Call centre is useless and do not provide a solution or an alternative in case of no show by a shuttle.
Only beacuse of low costs, I tried to make peace with Ola Shuttle’s don’t care attitude but after their last no show a month back, it was enough for me.
I have completely stopped using their service, since for me peace of mind, my time and customer service takes priority & precedence over cheap costs.
I pledged to never use Ola Shuttle again and will not recommend anyone to use it as well.
