Hi ,
I had a bad experience with Ola I have booked cab after I completed my day shift , at evening starts raining, I was keep waiting for the cab but they didn't came also didn't picking up the phone , this is such a bad service of Ola cabs.
After that I cancelled booking , and tried to find new cab but no one available on that time , as far as my opinion cab services must be available in such situations otherwise there is no benefits for such Services.
App is good you can track your booked vehical but not available in every situation or bad weather.
