Don't use ola money, they deduct for no reason. Review on Ola Cabs

I wanted to try ola money hence transferred some amount to ola money. Booked a ride for my family member using ola, since I was not traveling with them paid him by cash. But I got SMS that my ola money is also deducted. So, essentially paying double.

Issue here is for OLA auto, they claim money will be deducted only if we give OTP to driver. But in this case there was no OTP received by me and not given any OTP to driver. So money got deducted without my authorization. This shows how buggy their technology is and how unsafe to keep money in OLS money.

When called OLA, they investigated the matter and promised to refund ola money in 48 Hrs. 48Hrs to refund money in their own wallet thats ridiculous, that too if it really happens.

Thanks ola for mediocre customer service and unsafe technology. I will just use remaining of my ola money, and part my ways to never return.
