This is non sense. Even if you are charging an extra fair during peak hours, you should have a sense, I mean come on who the hell charges 4 times the original fair. I traveled from Mumbai Airport to Thane, which usually costs around 500. But this time I had to pay 1500 bucks for the same distance. When I asked the reason they said it is a peak time. It was 10 am in the morning.
I know you need to earn money and for that you have come up with this peak time plan. But a 4 times the original rate is not acceptable. Even auto rickshaw wala charges less than you guys. On the contrary, OLA guys didnt had the answers to my questions. I asked give me the logic of charging this much amount. Who gave you the permission.
